Training for a marathon or any other run is a huge time investment - it takes many hours every week during the months of training. Runners need support, and it could be your donation that propels a runner to the finish line. With your sponsorship, a runner isn't just competing for themself; they're running for at-risk girls and young women in Canada and around the world.

You can also:
- Encourage them.
- Cook a meal.
- Run a bath.
- Massage their feet.
- Look after the children or do another favour
